The Reserve team joined selected members for an evening of gentlemanly pursuits at the City Links Golf Lounge, Central.
In this city’s bustling food scene it is difficult to cook up something unique to attract hungry Hong Kongers’ attention but Rummin’ Tings – the island’s first Caribbean inspired bar and restaurant– has sailed right onto our dining horizons.
The brainchild of two sets of brothers, who already are known to back some of the most jammin’ places about town, Rummin’ Tings boldly delivers big flavours, chilled vibes and island charm to Hollywood Road. Staying true to their name, the cocktail menu is as an eclectic tribute to the region’s favourite potion as well as other classic spirits.
However, do not overlook the “Tings”. Brooklyn raised chef Bwoy Kristofor Olbrich is inspired by the Caribbean community he grew up with and has created a menu that ought to be shared amongst friends and family. From flavoursome jerk chicken wings to easy bites like roti and choka jam, the food is the perfect accompaniment to a relaxed evening dreaming of the caribbean!
