Luxury US diamond company, Hearts On Fire, announced its launch into China at a special ceremony in Shanghai last week with Executive Director Adrian Cheng , CEO Glenn Rothman and special guest Olivia Palermo. The brand, which claims to create the world’s most perfectly cut diamonds, will roll out across China including Hong Kong over the next year and is set to make its mark among discerning luxury consumers in the region.

Focused on meeting the rapidly rising demand for gem-set jewellery, particularly of diamonds, in China – the world’s fastest-growing market for diamond jewellery sales — Hearts On Fire will tap into two key Chinese consumer trends. Its specialty diamond offering aligns with young Chinese consumers’ increasing preference for diamond over traditional gold jewellery, particularly in bridal wear.

Central to Hearts On Fire’s appeal is its unique diamond-cutting technique and process of creation that promises to embody life’s most perfect moments. Every single Hearts On Fire diamond is selected from fewer than one-tenth of one percent of the world’s rough diamonds before being hand-crafted into a perfectly symmetrical cut that reveals a blazing heart and arrow pattern. Hearts On Fire is also known as the jewellery of choice for many Hollywood Stars, a positioning that the brand will amplify further as it enters the mainland Chinese market.

Hearts On Fire will open its first stand-alone image store in Shanghai before the end of the year. Following this, the brand will be also open further Hearts On Fire points of sale across China as well as in Hong Kong and Macau.
