She’s been dominating the city’s private dining scene with Ta Pantry for a while now so it’s only natural that the talented Esther Sham has finally opened her first fully-fledged, fine dining restaurant. Wanchai-based maison es serves up contemporary French fare with Asian-inspired flavours – a signature of the talented chef, it seems. Stand out main courses are the yuzu duck breast topped with a daikon salad or the seared scallops on spicy prawn rice with maple-roasted pork belly. Ooh la la.
